Additional Information:
this dispute is essentially a extension of the previous but with bigger issues now. previously, it was announced that i must be present for the delivery of these low quality goods. I refused delivery in the first one due to new information that arose in which I elaborated on in my reply afterwards, awaiting a response from staff. i was then told that it doesnt matter, and to schedule the delivery again regardless. the delivery was scheduled, and I alerted the seller 4 hours beforehand that i had a IRL issue that prevented me from being present at that specific time but that i would be online later to receive it. the seller then went ahead and refused to elaborate on further delivery times thinking that this was there ticket out of this situation. the DD was then closed and seller stated it would still be delivered whenever I was available.

now the present: Ever since then, i have been present EVERY single day ( minus nov 2nd)  So tell me, how is it that i am responsible when I've been online EVERY single day besides one, and playboy then tries to seize this opportunity to claim i wasn't present. I've been present, tried to cooperate, etc. it has now been 2 weeks since the close of this previous DD and this issue is still not resolved. the seller has also neg repped me because he hates these DD's being opened, but if that was the case, then just deliver my fucking product or refund me. its seriously not that hard.

further more in the screenshots above, you will see when i TRY to work with the seller regarding work hours of his workers so i can know exactly when there online, he refuses to tell me. does this sound like someone keen on delivering, or does it sound like someone trying to permanently stall to essentially scam me?

its a scam. that's what it is. i need my money or my goods otherwise what else is it besides wasted time.

Crypto address for a refund: N/A

@Alex, I’ve DM’d you the complete HTML transcript of our Telegram conversation so you can review the full context alongside OP’s screenshots.

This will be my one and only reply in this dispute unless you personally request additional information.

OP also claims to have purchased from us in 2018, despite the fact that we weren't operating on forums or anywhere else in 2018. That does not align with our operating history, although the delivery timeline is the relevant issue here.

This concerns the same purchase as the dispute you already closed in our favour on October 31 for lack of cooperation. Your October 27 ruling explicitly stated:

“THIS IS THE FINAL VERDICT”

You arranged delivery for October 29 at 11:00 AM ET and warned that there would be no second chances. Despite this, OP did not receive delivery at either of the two moderator-arranged appointments. He acknowledges refusing the first delivery and being unavailable for the second, although he says he gave advance notice.

Let's also remember that immediately after opening the original dispute, OP took nearly 48 hours to respond. Even after the dispute was closed, we continued attempting delivery, only for him to take another **33 hours and 31 minutes** to respond on November 2.

Those earlier gaps are relevant background. The subsequent delivery attempts should also be considered on their own record.

OP specifically asked when our worker would be available. **We provided his usual online hours.**

Specifically, on November 5, we told him: “The worker is German and is usually online between 2 AM and 10 AM EST.” That message appears in OP’s own screenshot. Any claim that we never provided the worker’s hours is contradicted by that message. Providing usual hours is not the same as confirming a specific appointment, but it is relevant to his allegation that we refused to provide a schedule.

We also explicitly asked on November 5: “Can we arrange a time … So both of us can be online … So we can end this.” OP replied, “i was literally saying this yesterday,” without proposing a time in that response. On November 6, we checked whether he was present again and requested a US phone number so the worker could transfer the account. OP subsequently supplied it. These are concrete attempts to coordinate and proceed with delivery.

OP also requested a specific time and responded on multiple occasions. I am not claiming otherwise. Our earlier responses of “tomorrow” could have been more precise, but the later messages show that we did ask to arrange a time and did provide the worker’s usual availability.

We do not operate on weekends. OP opened this dispute on Saturday, outside our operating hours. That explains our workers’ unavailability over the weekend; it does not, by itself, resolve responsibility for the earlier delays.

On November 4, after being informed at 5:26 PM that our worker would be available the following day, OP repeatedly threatened another dispute:

- 6:21 PM: “ill just open another DD”
- 6:28 PM: “nah thats cool, i got you with another DD rn”
- 6:29 PM: “as long as u have a open DD and it shows on your profile its well deserved”
- 6:30 PM: “nah ill just open the dd instead”

That 6:29 PM statement shows that OP wanted the dispute to remain visible on our profile. It does not establish his motive for the entire dispute or determine responsibility for the incomplete delivery.

OP also repeatedly claims that we leave him “on read,” then calls our explanation “gaslighting.” A delayed response alone does not establish that a message was read and ignored. Any specific allegation should be assessed against the relevant message’s read status. Calling the explanation “gaslighting” does not establish that the allegation is correct.

The record includes two unsuccessful moderator-arranged appointments and substantial response gaps. It also includes OP’s later requests for a delivery time and his supplying the requested phone number. Both parts of the record should be considered, rather than attributing every delay to either party.

We're STILL trying to deliver the account, including after the previous dispute was closed. The account remains ready for delivery during our worker’s operating hours. Completing the transfer requires both parties to be available together.

@Alex, please review this dispute in light of your October 31 ruling and the subsequent delivery exchanges.

OP supplied the requested phone number on Friday, November 6, then opened this dispute on Saturday, November 7, when our workers were unavailable. That timing is relevant to the period after he supplied the number, although it does not by itself explain the earlier delays. The full transcript should be used to assess what happened after the number was supplied.

We will continue offering delivery regardless of whether this dispute remains open. **We remain willing to confirm a specific delivery appointment, including the date, time and timezone, so both parties can be present and complete the transfer.**

The screenshots show that we supplied working hours, asked to arrange a time, and requested information needed for the transfer. Please consider those steps when assessing OP’s allegation that we are refusing to deliver.

@Alex, I’ve DM’d you the complete HTML transcript of our Telegram conversation so you can review the full context instead of relying on OP’s selectively cropped screenshots.

**This will be my one and only reply in this dispute unless you personally request additional information.**

At this point, OP’s behaviour is becoming increasingly irrational and contradictory. He even claims to have purchased from us in 2018, despite the fact that we weren't operating on forums or anywhere else in 2018. This is just another example of him making accusations that don't align with reality.

This is the **exact same dispute you already closed in our favour on October 31 for lack of cooperation.** Your October 27 ruling explicitly stated:

**“THIS IS THE FINAL VERDICT”**

You arranged delivery for October 29 at 11:00 AM ET and warned that there would be no second chances. Despite this, OP missed **BOTH delivery appointments** you personally arranged.

Let's also remember that immediately after opening the original dispute, OP disappeared for nearly 48 hours. Even after the dispute was closed, we continued attempting delivery, only for him to take another **33 hours and 31 minutes** to respond on November 2.

Now we're seeing the exact same pattern again.

OP specifically asked when our worker would be available. **We provided his usual online hours and informed OP when he could expect delivery.** Despite knowing this, OP deliberately opened another dispute over the weekend, outside our operating hours, when our workers aren't available.

We do not operate on weekends. OP was already aware of our availability, yet he continues acting as though we're refusing to deliver.

On November 4, despite being explicitly informed at 5:26 PM that our worker would be available the following day, OP repeatedly threatened another dispute:

- 6:21 PM: “ill just open another DD”
- 6:28 PM: “nah thats cool, i got you with another DD rn”
- 6:29 PM: “as long as u have a open DD and it shows on your profile its well deserved”
- 6:30 PM: “nah ill just open the dd instead”

That 6:29 PM statement is particularly revealing. OP openly acknowledges that an active dispute damages our profile and makes it clear that he wants that consequence.

**It is becoming increasingly obvious that OP is desperate for a refund rather than interested in receiving the account he purchased.**

Since opening the original dispute, he has made virtually no meaningful effort to be available for delivery. He disappeared for nearly 48 hours, missed two moderator-arranged appointments, took another 33 hours and 31 minutes to respond after the dispute closed, and has now opened another dispute outside our operating hours.

Yet somehow, he always finds time to argue, make accusations, send lengthy messages, and threaten further disputes.

**Whenever it's actually time to receive the account, he's nowhere to be seen.**

We're STILL trying to deliver the account, including after the previous dispute was closed. The account remains ready, and our worker remains available during his communicated working hours. We cannot force OP to show up, respond, or cooperate.

The repeated refusal to coordinate delivery, combined with his obvious interest in keeping disputes visible on our profile, strongly suggests that he's attempting to manufacture grounds for a refund.

**@Alex, please close this dispute in our favour, consistent with your October 31 ruling.**

Nothing material has changed. OP has already been given multiple opportunities to receive his purchase, including two appointments you personally arranged, and has repeatedly failed to cooperate.

We will continue offering delivery regardless of whether this dispute remains open. **Once OP actually makes himself available during our operating hours, we'll deliver the account.**

There is absolutely no justification for keeping another dispute open simply because OP refuses to cooperate with delivery.
@Alex the screenshots of the conversation are starting from the context that matters all the way to the present. Please feel free to review the full transcipt history, but i've filtered out useless banter between me and the seller, because as stated, it has nothing to do with the state of the deal. I'm also not sure why @Refunding would want to include it here because it makes him look very bad.

lets address each claim as they come:

"At this point, OP’s behaviour is becoming increasingly irrational and contradictory. He even claims to have purchased from us in 2018, despite the fact that we weren't operating on forums or anywhere else in 2018. This is just another example of him making accusations that don't align with reality."

Seller will probably refuse to give the full context even though he claims to be  "transparent" but following this conversation this was answered by showing that he's not been the only " refunding " in this game. secondly, this has NOTHING to do with this dispute whatsoever and simply serves as a ad hominem.

Seller states:
" This is the **exact same dispute you already closed in our favour on October 31 for lack of cooperation.** Your October 27 ruling explicitly stated:

**“THIS IS THE FINAL VERDICT”**

You arranged delivery for October 29 at 11:00 AM ET and warned that there would be no second chances. Despite this, OP missed **BOTH delivery appointments** you personally arranged.

Let's also remember that immediately after opening the original dispute, OP disappeared for nearly 48 hours. Even after the dispute was closed, we continued attempting delivery, only for him to take another **33 hours and 31 minutes** to respond on November 2.

Now we're seeing the exact same pattern again. "

Firstly: Once again, the seller OMITS THE FACT that in the original DD the seller miseed 3 weeks to deliver the goods. Yet was upset about a 2 day missed timeframe. this is simply hashing out old issues that the Seller Admits was already given a verdict for.

BUT LETS MAKE SOMETHING CLEAR: THIS IS NOT THE SAME DISPUTE.

this is the main issue. the seller specifically stated in the previous DD, on October 30th: " The account will still be delivered through Telegram whenever @Grizli is online and available, so closing the DD will not prevent him from receiving it. However, based on your own final verdict, this DD has to be closed. Please follow through on your ruling. "

However, as per the screenshots submitted, you can CLEARLY see that ive been online, nearly every single day, ready to receive the goods. the seller simply waits for the SINGULAR day i am not available, even if I provide a clear consistent track record of being online to claim undeliverable. its a sleezy tactic truly.

" On November 4, despite being explicitly informed at 5:26 PM that our worker would be available the following day, OP repeatedly threatened another dispute:

- 6:21 PM: “ill just open another DD”
- 6:28 PM: “nah thats cool, i got you with another DD rn”
- 6:29 PM: “as long as u have a open DD and it shows on your profile its well deserved”
- 6:30 PM: “nah ill just open the dd instead”

That 6:29 PM statement is particularly revealing. OP openly acknowledges that an active dispute damages our profile and makes it clear that he wants that consequence.

**It is becoming increasingly obvious that OP is desperate for a refund rather than interested in receiving the account he purchased.**

I'm so glad seller mentioned this and dug his own grave because its so incriminating. Lets dive into that. firstly: " Tomorrow " is not a timeframe. I cannot sit at my computer for 24h's awaiting delivery, especially when seller has repeatedly shown his tactic of not wanting to deliver days i am present. a time frame is clearly needed so that i can work around it.

that is READILY apperant in how november 4th played out. he says " he will be online tomorrow ", and when does he message me?
[Image: MxJJJ2B2][Image: lmaooo.png]

7 HOURS since my last message, at midnight. if this doesn't make it CRYSTAL clear what his plan is, to be ambiguous on times, and when i show up, not deliver, but when i do show up, not deliver by messaging very lately, i don't know what does.

"Since opening the original dispute, he has made virtually no meaningful effort to be available for delivery. He disappeared for nearly 48 hours, missed two moderator-arranged appointments, took another 33 hours and 31 minutes to respond after the dispute closed, and has now opened another dispute outside our operating hours.

This is all just yap. instead just look at the screenshots or transcripts he said he submitted via DMs as the evidence is what matters you will see consistency in me being there daily, his attempt to use 1 day missed to discredit my consistency, and a inability of him to literally provide a simple time his workers are on. HOW CAN YOU CLAIM YOUVE BEEN TRYING TO DELIVER FOR WEEKS AND ALL I WANT IS A REFUND  BUT MADE THREW A TEMPER TANTRUM WHEN ASKED ABOUT A TIME FOR ME TO RECEIVE @Refunding

screenshot of that situation:

just for him to later say:

""**@Alex, please close this dispute in our favour, consistent with your October 31 ruling.**

Firstly @Alex i am no longer opening this dispute for a refund. you made it clear its to be delivered so that is how it will be. secondly, im not opening due " bad business practices " anymore. im opening this because this is a clear attempt of punishment by scamming me, through constant PURPOSEFUL delays, smoke and mirrors, etc. I am OKAY not receiving a refund. I AM NOT OKAY with not receiving a refund AND not receiving a product. that is by definition a scam.

lastly @Alex seller is clearly trying to pucker up to you by saying things like " Keep your consistency " your consistency is hopefully providing quality decisions to deal disputes, not favoritism towards certain sellers. i understand @Refunding provides alot of services for cracked, but if hes scamming your forum members, what does it matter? its a bad look for this forum. Im requesting that you make Seller simply PROVIDE WORKERS SCHEDULE so that i can work around it and receive the goods, i dont think thats a harsh ask considering ive already proven the countless lies @Refunding has told.
