Additional Information: this guy was asking for a checker i spoke to him and i said i can do it , he said im about to sleep but you can work on it and once i wake up i will test it and send you the money after hour i finished the checker and sent it to him the next day after he saw my msgs and got the tool he says the plan changed i can't get my laptop and he already was in has laptop anyway i asked him when you able to test he said when i get my laptop i told him ok when you will get your laptop he start to insulting me i don't understand really what i did wrong to him or bec i was nice with him and made the tool without get paid first

I asked for a checker, explained to OP that I would pay in the morning when I have access to laptop and pay once tested 

I told OP to NOT send any files before I confirm that I am laptop / morning which he clearly didn't listen to, so again not sure how I have scammed without even downloading the file the user sent.

Plans changed on my end, wasn't able to jump on laptop this morning due to personal reasons and having to head out of town. Currently still don't have access to my laptop to test and no file has been downloaded. Explained to OP to remove the file from the telegram chat which for some reason he refuses to do which is odd. 

To confirm, I still have no access to laptop to download and test file, without testing I am not paying. I don't have a timeline on when I will get back home to access laptop to test the file. So again, no scam has taken place here as I haven't downloaded any files from OP

I have not downloaded the file as I don't have access to my laptop. Let me know if you want a live copy of iPhone to track me happy to provide. 

The fact that you are accusing me here of scamming despite me literally telling you not send any files until I confirmed I was on laptop is just weird. 

Let's leave the admins to decide here, on my behalf, I have no access to my laptop to download the file, it cannot be downloaded and run on a phone either so I haven't even done this. 
I told OP to NOT send any files until I confirmed I was on laptop. Due to the personal reasons I still don't have laptop access and cannot confirm when I will either at the moment. 

I've been a member of this forum for long enough to not need to scam someone for 40 bucks, thanks
