Amount or Item(s) Scammed: hard to quantify, if i force him to uphold the partnership, he would just serve clients behind my back. So instead i would like my revenue back and my initial investments: stickied threads + amount sent to fix the tool and the 50% of revenue he did not split with me. It should end up in the ballpark of 1k to 1.5k

Additional Information: User approached me for an investment some time ago for his idea. He wanted to run an exam certification service, he had a tool to bypass proctors but didn't know how to advertise it. I agreed to run the project with him and I would give money, handle advertising and support for 50% of the business. We both agreed. Some time in (prolly like a month or 2) we had a few sales, split revenue accordingly. Do note that I ran the business out of my own pocket and I let him keep the revenue and not profit as he is from a poor country. One fine day, he complained that the tool is faulty and needed someone to patch some window files which he couldn't do. Ironic because he told me he could bypass any proctors when he was seeking an investment and made himself sound like superman. In any case, I gave him the money as we couldn't run the service without it and we had a back log of orders. The amount was about 500$ or so. After which, he went completely missing in action (This was september of last year). I left forums around this period as well. He came back a few months later and then starting using my thread still to advertise it by bumping it. He is still using my graphics as well which i paid for and he's still getting traffic from my ads which I paid for. 

Fast forward to now, when I tried to claim for my ownership back, he shrugged it off saying I did nothing for the business. He said he got 80% of the members from the channel. 
Why this is completely illogical: I bought and paid for stickied threads on forum, you can literally see history. He did practically 0 advertising. I even paid for telegram ads and discord server ads, some of which are still up. 
I literally paid for his tool to become functional again, without me he wouldn't have been able to even come back to run this. 

He insisted that we agreed that we only did a revenue split agreement not ownership.. which is completely illogical when the hell has anyone invested into a business and not have ownership but revenue split only... 
In any case, when i said i want the revenue splits back he said that he brought on all customers and i did nothing for him and proceeded to told me he only made 100$ and that i only get 50$ back

No terms were agreed on permenantly, We agreed that %50 revenue split is only for launching phase of the business which is like 1 month, After that we agreed that we will renegotiate the splits and agree on new splits, now he is backing off and opening a scam report in the middle of us negotiating the new terms.
3. The business have been running for 10 months, out of those 10 months he was present in the business for 1 month
4. He mentions that he ran the business out of his own pocket, failing to mention that when we required an update for the tool, he did not agree to pay the full price of the update (which he should be responsible for as he is the investor) but i paid half of the price of that update, and i am still paying & maintaining and testing the tool to this day.

He said that he brought most of the members, thats totally false, he only paid for cracked sticky for 1 month which brought a total of around 70-90 users to our discord in the first month after that, a total of around 300 ppl have joined from my links on many many other forums that i post on,I also created a website for our business, i brought around %70-%80 of the users, he only brought users during the first month which he frames it he brought all the users to our business.
7. I did NOT and will NOT scam anyone, I have many many clients who can vouch for me as a professional and honest person, during the lifetime of our business i have not failed a single exam, i maintain a %100 success rate solo running this business.

1. Irrelevant. Doesn't change the fact that I had 50% ownership as agreed. 
2. We did not say for the 1st month. I said we can lessen the amount when we say made our first 5k/month and we can do 40% then 30%. 
3. It was running for 10 months, I was there for about 2 months. And then he went MIA, what am i supposed to do if my partner goes MIA and the service can't be ran? 
4. When you approached me for the business, you said you can bypass any proctors. I asked you if I would incur any fees in maintaining the tool and you said no. I invested and voila, out of nowhere you sought an additional 500$ from me to maintain the tool. Doesn't matter if it was for half, doesn't change the fact that I gave you 500$
5. Irrelevant. I did not include GFX calculations in the final amount payable.

7. Irrelevant. How does that link to whether or not he lived up to his partnership agreement. Ironic you say you're professional. Does someone who is professional go MIA for 6 months without a word? And before you went missing, there was about 5 to 6 orders worth around 100 to 500$ each which you couldn't fulfil. But like mentioned, how is this relevant

To be fair there was/is info to back that the service did in fact go dormant for a time period which would have been been October 15th 2025 through January 01 2026 as the Discord shows users asking if the server is dead then getting no response and the customers replying to each other that they figure it is in fact dead due to no response from anyone from the company.

I was away for 2 month due to irl stuff which i informed him about on telegram, when i came back i tried contacting him on discord,tg,cracked but was not able to reach out to him, during this time i kept running the business solo on the same discord server that he has ownership of, after few months he came back and said that he wanted to come back as a partner with me, we both agreed that we will be partners again on new terms that we will negotiate later, but now he did this in the middle of negotiations and here we are.
4. I never said maintaining the tool does not incur fees, you refused to pay the full fees failing your role as an investor, and you actually paid $430 for the tool, not $500, lying again about the costs.
5. You keep mentioning that $200 again and again on our convos but now you say its irrelevant after you realized that its a bullshit lie and removed it from the calculation.
6. Not an accurate measurement, both of us used the same invite link on multiple different forums, i can also show mods how many views i have got from the other different forums.
7. Lying again, No confirmed orders were left when i was gone, i have finished all active orders, and no i was not gone for 6 months, it was 2 months.
8. You did not mention that you received around $400-$500 revenues in the first month of launching the business.
9. I lost $450 from pending orders that got canceled because he removed my access and roles in my discord server, not mentioning the money that will be lost from potential clients that got/will get scared from the posts that he is making on my discord server, calling me a scammer and telling everyone to not deal with me, I do not have any access to the discord server as he has ownership of it.
10. He is now saying that he does not want any money back and is threatening to ban me from all forums and report, ban and spam any discord servers that i might make in the future, and also wants to take my website down.

1. Ownership was lit agreed upon. Who invests in a business and expect only dividends?? 
3. You did not inform me about this, i have chat logs to prove it. You were away for more than 2 months. We did not agree that i would come back to being partners. Show proof of the shit your saying

6. Listen, you moron. I said I have join logs and can prove higher server activity during stickied threads and when i bought ads. It's not just invite links which you claim are inaccurate because you used my link. In any case, you rode on my supreme upgrade and ability to post on marketplaces and bumped the threads to get customers. You are not upgraded on literally every forum on earth, i think anyone with more than 2 brain cells can logically deduce that I drove most of the traffic. I'll even go through the audit log on discord if need be.

8. I don't recall the amount being 400 to 500, it was closer to 200 to 300. But how is this relevant? I'm a partner and deserve my fair share. I'm coming after the revenue generated that was not split to me. 
9. I didn't call you a scammer lol. Twisting words and manipulating stories again. All I did was ping the server that you have an active deal dispute and they should hold off dealing with you until it gets resolved as I won't be responsible for you scamming them.
