Hi good day ,
I have felt a bad experience with this customer he have bought Netfix profile lock single device from my shop and the product was delivered on promise delivery time . So when he tried to login unfortunately the pass was wrong so what I suggest him was just try to login via otp it will go in and all of sudden he told no ur disrespecting me by giving non working account and I don’t want otp and he was asking refund so later what I suggest that so he don’t want otp login means I can reset the password and give u the pass to login but he told he don’t want that too as he felt disrespected I don’t understand when I am ready to help by replacing the account or provide u the account for u to login but he keep on saying I want refund and he was kind doing purposely that he want to give bad reputation and he did that too which I already escalated which was unnecessary negative rep when I am ready to help
Now he is saying that the account “not working again”
Which means he have done login with the pass and he was using it and just trying to scam me and now he is threatening to open scam report which is unnecessary
I told him multiple times I am here to help if any issue happened but as per his conversation he had done login and he used and but he still need refund , if I can provided replacement or any alternative I will do that in worst case if I cannot do any I will refund but from start if he need refund that sound something wrong he just want to defame me basically .
It’s not about this 3$ but if he keeps on threatening to give negative rep or open scam and place an order and get refund and try to defame other users then it will be problem for all
Kindly help me here out in this case as per ur decision will follow thanks @Barry
