Well that is true. I am not showing lack of information. That really happened. But again every time I log in now I am prompted for verification. I waited this long because you told me to wait and you specifically told me to wait 78 hours. Now the account is flagged and I cannot do anything.
You are trying to say I am taking advantage of the situation which is not true because I specifically asked if the limitation was RESTORED and your exact response was yes brother. That means fully working and verified. Right now the account is flagged and not usable.
I can show you my business PayPal that is verified and works extremely good. That is what verified actually means. Fully functional without constant verification prompts. I asked you this specifically from the beginning. This account is not working. Why would I make false reports or disputes if I was satisfied?
Alex has the date of the recording and can confirm it. I did not log into that account again after that incident. Alex saw it himself. This is the same issue from the first day. Nothing changed.
I do not know how you verify these accounts or what methods you use to bypass their verification system but clearly it is not working. Instead of trying to win an already lost situation use common sense for once. I am not running away from this situation like you are. I am confronting it directly and asking you to refund me because the account is already doomed.

No I do not plan to give you access to the account until there is moderator supervision. This is not about the ID anymore. The account is flagged and it is unusable.
Until you can provide proof that anyone can send at least 20 dollars to the account without it getting limited or flagged or say payment stopped for protection I will not accept it as working. Only then I would accept the account but I do not think that will happen.
Like I said I do not want this flagged account because I know this is already a lost situation with PayPal. It is only a matter of time before it gets asked for full re verification again and I am tired of waiting.
Refund me and I will give you back the account. What you do with the account after that is not my responsibility anymore.

Ahahahahaha re verification is something I agreed to ONLY if something happens like receiving money and then PayPal asks again for ID and address. Not immediately without any activity.

I don’t want to talk more about this. I hope the staff support gives me justice.
First of all, I clearly stated the conditions before he bought the account. He now has full access to the PayPal account, and I showed him that the documents are verified. After knowing all the conditions, he still purchased the PayPal account from me.
Now, 8 days later, he’s facing an issue with the account and is making excuses. He is not a real buyer.He is account waster after many try just open one or two account now if he claim refund what should i do.

Before he logged in, the Gmail account that came with the PayPal account got disabled. I then added his Outlook email and made it the primary email. I also told him to remove the disabled Gmail from the account. I gave him full account access, documents, and a selfie exactly as I promised.
Now he’s making an excuse saying I didn’t verify the account. I can prove that I passed the verification process. All he has to do is log in to the PayPal app and go to the Resolution Center. It clearly shows the account is document verified this is not visible on the website.
I also did a test transaction I bought crypto on PayPal. PayPal only allows buying crypto and sending money after document verification is passed. He also made a small transaction I saw it in the screenshot he sent.
Now, let’s finish this matter. I provided everything I promised. I can also prove it if he claims it’s not showing in the Resolution Center. You can ask him to give me login access to PayPal only not email, and I will log in and show you that the verification process was passed.

@Liars @Alex @Ping Brother let me know what I should do. I have attached all the terms and conditions and all the screenshots.
