Personally had a HORRIBLE experience, had me order 10 random items from amazon (normally 5, but due to amazons legitimate mistake, it was 10), only then I ordered what I wanted to get refunded, after waiting multiple weeks, his team failed to acquire the refund, told me to "return it", when they hadn't even opened a return case for all the 3 items (they only opened a return for one)

The refund failed (got OFM aswell), but instead of notifying me instantly, his team decided to ignore me for a week+ which resulted in that one return window closing.

They then said they could do a bank refund in "2 weeks", its been 2 months that I've been working with the bank refunding guy and all it is is just changing the story for the bank every time, it has gone nowhere, I give them the banks message, they basically ignore what it asks for and send me some message which leads to the bank having to ask the same question multiple times, it's a complete waste of time.

Down about -1.7k$ USD because of their mishaps (which are: not opening a return cases, not responding in time).

Overall this whole thing has lasted 5 months, and I gained absolutely nothing with this.

I would suggest finding someone else to do your refund.

Started doing a refund with them last friday. I haven't received any update yet (even if I asked and they said they would give me one today). I hope it's just because they are very busy. I'll keep you updated.

Got the refund of PS5 Pro. Was a bit longer than before (not his fault) but still perfect.
