Just did a refund with hermes, it took about a week but he was always updating and giving feedback about the refund process. Always very polite and helpful

Hermes is refusing to refund after failed amazon refund
Hi, need some help from mods.
Refund failed and Hermes is now refusing to respond to my messages. After items were paod out of my pocket, paying hermes was just a wasted money. His support told me they would refund me, but hermes doesnt want to awknoledge i paid him even with proof. He was the one to tell me the refund can be done even after complications instead of advicing me for better.
Its been a month and a half if not more for this.
Please help or flag him.

He was able to refund an almost $3,000 PC for me through amazon. response time was very fast and once the refund was started, it was complete in under 30 minutes. highly recommend
