Screenshots of Communication: lost my telegram account but i still have when i dmed @PureCoder on telegram (screen recording), i lost the bot convo tho

Since he isn't responding and has blocked me on telegram, I have no choice but to open a scam report here.
 
I'm not a member of this forum, I just know @PureCoder from Telegram and HackForums.
I bought PureRAT in early May 2026, a $1,500 subscription that was supposed to end in May 2027. I was supposed to receive updates for the full one year term.

The problem is that in June 2026, I was banned from Telegram, and I lost everything, including access to the bot I used to manage my PureRAT subscription.After losing, I tried to contact @PureCoder on Telegram through his bot and on his profile (which no longer seems to be available). But he kept closing my tickets and blocking me, so I gave up after that. I never actually had a specific reason, he just ignored me, and that was it.
Since I’d like to have access to his product right now, I’d like to clear this up,maybe there was a misunderstanding.

The problem with this is that @PureCoder has done this several times; I've received some reports about this specific issue.
Even if we can prove that we had access to his product in the past, he ignores us and forces us to pay for a subscription again.

- the poor quality of customer support, which has been an issue since 2022.
 
I think that’s one of the reasons I’m filing a scam report here rather than hoping to get a response someday.

its not scam just miss understanding only even you dont have proper proof

I have to admit that I don't really understand this forum. How can you say I don't have proof? He still has access to the wallet, and I'm sure I can provide proof of my TXID.

and I'm just waiting for his reply, I'm almost certain he'll remember me if he hears the username “Matt813”, I'm just asking for an explanation because, as shown above, other people are in the same situation as me: they haven't received a response for several months after being banned from Telegram.

If @PureCoder were truly honest, he would make sure to create a secret ID feature (similar to Mullvad) when launching his bot, rather than simply linking the subscription to the Telegram UID (which could be lost at any time).
