Wholesale Procurement Manager (Europe)​The primary objective of this role is to engage with suppliers and procure goods on deferred payment terms.

Responsibilities:
 

• Managing the end-to-end transaction lifecycle, from initial contact and signing of the contract to final delivery of goods.
  
• Communicating with suppliers via SIP telephony, instant messengers and email.
  
• Negotiating and signing contracts and all other necessary documentation.
  
• Collaborating effectively with cross-functional teams, including Accounting, Logistics, and IT departments.
  

Requirements:
 

• Native-level proficiency in at least one European language, alongside a mandatory Upper-Intermediate (B2) or higher level of English.
  
• Excellent communication skills (both oral and written).
  
• Strong negotiation skills and a solid understanding of professional business etiquette.
  
• Proven experience working in the B2B sector.
  
• Google Sheets proficiency.
  
• High learning ability: adaptability and the ability to absorb large volumes of new information quickly.
  
• Discipline and a team-oriented mindset.
  

Schedule & Working Conditions:
 

• Full-time schedule (5/2), 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM according to the time zone of the project's target country.
  
• On-time commission payouts, onboarding support, and a friendly team environment.
  
• Compensation: Commission-based (% of sales).
