There is no Instant Fix for Scams, there will always be something new but...

Make a Security Deposit Feature 

So, you wanna become a Seller? you need to put a 50$ Minimum Security Deposit (You can deposit more if you want to)

Basically if you want to sell, you have to deposit money as a security deposit, once the money is deposited you get a seller role, the money is held by the forum, if you get reported for scam, you cant withdraw the money until the admin decides if you are right or wrong. 

If You "Scam" somebody then the amount of money you Scammed them for goes Directly from your Forum Balance to the Person you Scammed and they can Withdraw it.

Some people might Disagree with Me, maybe say 50$ is too much to sell etc etc, but realistically this would help so much to stop Exit Scams and such things, and if you dont have 50$ you should go work at Mcdonalds not sit on forums every day... 

theoretically no one is exiting for $50 so idk it kind of depends
