Additional Information: I got vouch copy from this user, but after 1 day everything was refunded on my account, probably i will get banned. Beware guys.

Account used to gift was inactive, the only way a gift can be, "refunded" is via riot support. Also you could've messaged me prior to opening this but it is what it is. When accepting a gifting service (which clearly does NOT abide by Riot Games ToS), you should expect for there to be a risk, if you expect there to be completely 0 risk then that is on you. I did mention that, although the risk is, and I quote, "small" it is still, "there".
also how you gonna open a scam report when it was a vouch copy 

-- also an edit, I currently have 10 customers (most of which have bought 50+ orbs), and none have reported any issues, which backs my claim of the chance of being banned being quite small.

-- also an edit edit, you can't get anything refunded after the orbs have been used AFAIK, so idk what to tell you, you got orbs and didn't use them whatsoever. It's besides the point but definitely a note to consider.

You said it's safe and it has a very small chance to get refunded....
It was my experience, i just noticed everyone to beware.

It was my experience, i just noticed everyone to beware. 

So you open a scam report... lol. Never said it was, "safe", but I mentioned that the risk is small - which by the way, just in case you didn't realise, is proven by the fact that I've sold around 500~ orbs and not had a single complaint, let alone sent orbs to my own private account and friend accounts - all of which are still playing to this day.
