Email Email Forwarder not working

As the title says i tested the email forwarder from at least 3 smtps and it is not working.

A bit of the log:

"Sometimes mail providers are blacklisting cto mail server (gmail, proton and microsoft domains are blacklisting it)"

Pretty sure the forwarder is broken and wouldn't be fixed
