He agreed to the development cost of $150 and also that he does not have and issue not to use a MM, a proof of video of working system as requested. After 24 hours proof was sent, he then deleted the "Post" and messages on Telegram and avoid convos or keep to his side of the deal. These types of 3rd world braincells that roams on forums and ask for custom bots then deletes their "chats" and posts are the top class individuals you can find.
