Additional Information: First off I gave him the requirements for the verification, he said he can do it. I sent him the money and it wasnt what he said he can do. So i asked him if he has a replacement because he gave me what I didnt ask, he said no and asked for some time to give a replacement or a refund. I was gonna wait but the next day i was blocked.
