Screenshots of Communication: Not necessary at this stage. He is fully aware of the situation and I do not expect him to deny what happened. If staff requires screenshots, I can provide them privately, as the chat logs contain information I do not want to make public.
Additional Information: I paid him on June 7, 2026 to have a Discord group banned. He told me the job would be completed within 4 weeks. He was unable to complete it, and I still have not received a refund.
Since then, there has been a different excuse almost every day, with no clear timeframe, no resolution, and no meaningful update on when I will be refunded.

I acknowledge that his statement is accurate, and I take full responsibility for the situation.

We have already discussed the matter privately, and I understand his concerns. I also told him that he should open this scam report himself so that the situation could be handled transparently and properly.

I apologize for the delays and for the lack of a clear resolution or timeframe. I understand that the repeated delays and excuses have understandably caused frustration.

I am actively working on resolving this case and will make sure that it is settled as soon as possible, including addressing the refund. I have no intention of avoiding responsibility or denying what happened.
