"Lifetime" means lifetime. You cannot unilaterally revoke a completed transaction just because you've raised prices since 2023.

Refunding what I paid while stripping licenses now worth 10x that amount isn't a remedy, it's theft. If you want to forcibly terminate this agreement, the refund needs to be at current market value, a couple thousand dollars, not the old price.

I have 5,000+ clients built on these tools over two years. You're not just taking back software, you're destroying my business. And why? Because I reported a bug. Your response was to notice I bought at lower prices and try to force a rebuy at current rates.

You revoked my licenses before this dispute existed. You started this.

@Alex: The remedy isn't a refund I refuse. It's restoration of wrongfully revoked licenses. If vendors can void lifetime purchases by tossing back the old price whenever values increase, "lifetime" is meaningless here.

As stated in our Terms of Service, we reserve the right to terminate service at any time without a refund. “Lifetime” access does not override these terms. In your case, we chose to offer a full refund as a fair resolution, even before this dispute was opened.

The addresses here on cracked and the one visible in my screen recording at the beginning are both owned by me. I would obviously remove the rep if I get my licenses back because then everything is fine just as before but a refund wouldn't be what I'm happy with since you took the licenses away for no reason. So if you want negative rep removal just give me the licenses back that I purchased.

Since you mentioned the telegram negative rep removal I would assume this was your account https://streamable.com/cogocp the question is then if you agreed to give me my licenses back for rep removal why didn't you just prove that it's you? Would've resolved the situation instantly. Or did you just want me to remove negative rep so you can do a quick business deal and just not refund me. Nice try bro.

You can't just force somebody to have a positive opinion about you. This negative rep should inform other users that are dealing with you about your practices. It would be easy for you to resolve this situation but you are trying hard to be a jerk. Both of us could have a successful business and positive rep on your profile if we have a good experience with each other.
