In this case, I have to stay with the 50% partial payment, due to both sides having some responsibility. @ConFeD did show exactly what he wanted, but @WithKetchup tool doesn’t actually provide the email contents/OTP that was expected. At the same time, @WithKetchup did demonstrate the tool before the deal and provided the source.
 
A full $60 payment wouldn’t be fair due to the missing main feature, but no payment wouldn’t be fair either since the tool/source was provided.
 
@ConFeD should pay 50% of the value owed.
