He is trying to scamming me. He didn’t mention the time ? But why? Cz he will get caught if he mention the the time for asking his replacement. In this scam report there is no logic.
He ordered a albert bank 04/04/22. And i told him that i will deliver the account within 2 hours after the payment confirmation and i did. And he logged in it. Then everything was good. Then yesterday ( 12/04/22 :dd/mm/yy) he told me that the bank is disappeared it’s self. So i said him let me check it. I was just helping him. But I was not able to login. So i said him you account could be removed by Albert bank. Then he is asking for refund today (13/04/22 :dd/mm/yy). So it’s been 10 days i have delivered him a fresh bank drop and he logged in successfully. And he is asking for refund after 10 days. And there is clearly said in my ToS in my server "No warranty for any accounts. I will provide only login guarantee " https://ibb.co/mysyFnF
So why should I refund or replace?

you're selling a very bad product ,the account died just from me logging into it once?
I suspect you are using very low quality fullz during account creation which is why the account died almost instantly. 
i want a refund.

@CityTroop Refund him 50% of the amount. As we do not know what the buyer has done with the account for 8 days. However, I think the seller might of used not that great of documents since the account only lasted 8 days
