Additional Information:I bought YT Premium 2 months ago, after a month of use My YouTube Premium subscription was not automatically renewed, but it has been fixed. After another month, the same situation occurred. Shanks replied after six days, but after I gave him my login details, he stopped replying altogether. After waitind 14 days for fix I don't want it anymore because I bought YT Premium by myself and further waiting for fix It doesn't make sense because he's ghosting me. I checked his thread and all the time his bumping it
