You did not, you refunded only 18 EUR out of 19.99 EUR for the first transaction and you sent me a payment of 30.56$ CAD which do not even cover the second transaction of 37.93$ CAD

Why are you sending payments instead of refunding the transaction ?

I sent a total of 71.32$ CAD
and I only received a refund of 57.75$ CAD


All of this because you can't properly refund a transaction, refund the damn transaction instead of sending a partial refund and sending a payment instead of a refund, doing a full refund on paypal would avoid all the fess and shit

You sent a payment instead of issuing a refund, which caused me to pay fees and currency conversion charges. A proper full refund would have resulted in $0 fees.

Because the refund was not processed correctly, I have now paid $14 in fees and conversion costs. I can refund the payment you sent me, but please issue a proper full refund on the original payment so I receive the full amount back, including the fees

Because I have proof here in this thread, you kept telling me on Discord that Alex said it was fine, and you insulted me by calling me a scammer, even though you clearly did not provide what I purchased.

This shows that you do not want to resolve this the right way.
