Additional Information: Wanted food made a ticket sent what I wanted, told me the amount, paid a little late. Due to paying late agent told me to wait since customers got ahead of me in the mean time? Never got back to me, store ended up closing. Had to message a few times, then he responded saying he'll refund. Never refunded ASAP after he said that. As other services that do this refund the moment they can't proceed. This was 5 days ago. Shouldn't take 5 days to refund me $20. Got in contact with support, told me to talk with the people I did they never responded back after responding to them. You can see the photos. Seems to be they're stalling? This guy has gotten banned before.
