Additional Information: He deleted chat history later and now Blocked/Ghosting me. If he had done nothing wrong why would he deleted chat and ghosting me?

Dear Cracked.sh Admins,

I am filing this dispute against user @Rainydayz, who scammed me after I trusted him based on a prior successful purchase.

What Happened:
- I bought LiveJasmin credit from him. He provided accounts which I logged in and was using for 25 mins until it got blocked
- I followed all his rules and politely reported the issue. He acknowledged the issue and like before was reluctant about providing a replacement account and put the blame on me. Also deleted the chat suddenly and ghosted me.
- This was my 4th purchase— bought 3000 Chaturbate tokens for 30$ from him, worked fine. 2nd one was Livejasmin credits for 40$, that was blocked after 1 hour, I got the account. But his claim was he made it 2 hours ago, and suddenly decreased the duration of the warranty to 1 hour. So, I get no replacement. I still trusted him today for further deals, which I shouldn't have.
-Then today, I bought the 3rd one, LiveJasmin credits, worked fine, was a 25$ deal.
**After that I ordered for more credits, and I paid 47$. But it was blocked after 25 mins. He deliberately told me, I violated rules. I asked him to send me a replacement, he was making excuse that if the processor provides a refund I'll get one. I dont care about the processor, if a account dies in 1 hour I get refund/replacement. Crystal clear. But, overall he has always reluctant to provide any replacement at all. Its like you use it on one go or I wont give you any replacement. 
- After I told him the account was blocked and I would like a replacement account, he blocked me, deleted all chats, and ghosted. For $47, he ruined his reputation.



Why Report This?
 Small scams like this erode trust.  Banning him protects other users' hard-earned money.

Please investigate and take swift action—ask him why he blocked/deleted chats if needed. You are our only recourse.

User cleared chat logs himself stated that someone must have changed the password etc. The account was only shared between me and him and the cc which was used to get credits is still live. No chargeback was made so this user got the account banned or deleted it and is now wanting free tokens.

I did not clear the chats myself. He did, and right after doing that I have sent him text, so why did he not reply about it.
It was suddenly blocked, and why would I delete an account with credits inside. Am I stupid or what? His claims dont match. Even after that, I asked him to cross check with the support, since he have the acces to the Email. His reply was, he is not going to waste his time doing that. So if he has to claim I have deleted that account, I want proof that he talked to the support, and post the screenshot of the conversation. LJ support has always been helpful regarding account suspension or being blocked.

Still now hea haven't respond and blocked/ghosting me.

If I dont get a reply, I want him banned.

Can provide proof that method is still live more than 24 hours later and im still loading with it. Obviously means that user caused the account to be banned by breaking TOS of the website etc. I replace accounts that are banned for my method failing not user error

Would also like to add I dont even offer this service I offer only chaturbate on site

Account wasn't mine. So, while using it if the account gets blocked even in chaturbate who is going to provide the replacement anyway.

Him saying CC being alive, is not my problem.

Whether chaturbate or LJ, deal was done. And account was blocked within an hour. So, I get a replacement. Thats what the warranty is about, not with the sites TOS. And tell him to get the explaination of what TOS I broke, or does he even know of any TOS. Only thing I am going to accept is explaination by the site or a REFUND.

And he is still avoiding the fact, to cross check it with the site. And that he did clear the chats. No wonder, he will provide any replacement to anyone in future.

This type of seller got no right to scam others. I suggest banning him will provide a good example.

User has a severe porn addiction my guess is he spent all the credits and needed more for female attention so he made the account get banned. These sites ban instantly when a chargeback is made at which point the method dies but its live and well. User needs to get help for his addiction and stop trying to scam members when they offer fair warranty terms.

Now he is personally attacking me. And what if I had addiction, main thing I paid you. You provide me an explaination.

Admin decide for yourself. If I dont see any admins step up, just because he is a 'Supreme' paid member, I suggest other users stay away for your own safety.

He is trying to take the matter in different direction now.

Other than admin reply I dont wish to continue this lame conversation with this naive person.
