Additional Information: I've been waiting weeks for him to complete my refund. He's extremely unprofessional, he keeps telling me "soon", "tomorrow", "today". Requested a refund from him but he said no because one iPad had already been dipped. I went to another refunder and they told me I'm getting billed for the dipped product because he hasn't even shipped the first ones yet. At this point I don't want to do business with him anymore, I'd like a refund.

please bump dms so we can discuss about this, if you feel like getting a refund I will but you haven't explained the community the fact that you paid for a replacement order that has been delivered to your home address you can confirm that in the picture, now for the 2nd part of the process which is the refund that hasn't been started / completed when I tried to get back to you to do the same you said you were using a refunder, you've paid the fee for a double dip that has been made and you have a 800$ ipad in your possesion so how I'm scamming? please explain me
