@Bitcoin refund op partial of the value paid. In this case $100.  Do so within 24h.

You launched a cloud where you only posted 3 combos a month, and you still bump it to this day. The user shouldn't have to wait till Jun to get access to a cloud. Since you indeed posted combos, the value was reduced to a partial value due to the lack of quality of the cloud itself.
