Hello, the problem is that I bought private Hotmail accounts, but when I log in, they appear to be public. This isn't the material I'm buying; I'm being given recycled forum files for free. I'm waiting for them to send me the text file with the private files I ultimately purchased. Until then, I will not withdraw my complaint.
