i don't have access to my sellix atm i just advertise my shop on forum. i told him to wait 2-3 days that is correct even thogh i dont have to replace him (there is no warranty on the product that he bought) i told him to read terms of the shop and it clearly says NO REFUND and he still asked for refund and i told him thats not gonna happen.
