@Artem creates a product, sets up a new account on Cracked, and then starts promoting the product with his @Artem account to gain more visibility. But if a scam report comes up, he hides behind the role of a simple developer, claiming to have no involvement whatsoever in the product’s sales or management, so only the "burner" account gets banned or involved in this DD, never his main account.

I don't have negative reviews on HF only good ones from deals I've done (I never declined one tho from what I know)
However yes some whitepleb can just say the product is bad without even being a customer to make me a bad reputation, and those who were real customers, that haven't used HF MM deals have DM me right after on the forum like Medcart (Or I contact them) - Also it's very common to receive neg reps for not giving a vouch copy(I know it that because a lot of people tried to)

@Alex Do you want I make a video on the same verson  to prove my product in the customer version is working fine (can't test all features since there are a lot, I can make it for 15 minutes)
Also for the false accusation which you claim "I would be someone banned years ago"

I had a previous account on NTO, an Altenen one too, I think XSS (sorry for saying forum names) when the board was opened but it was too many years ago I was just a leecher or releasing random shitcode like everyone did in their past, and I was prefering NTO than CST so I never really been using CST

Before Dolphin I had a GoLang private loader (staff are free to DM me for proof), never known from for scamming
Same for Dolphin X, it represents months of work, I was not alone, I paid for thread design it's not for scamming 200€ and leave

Also on the other hand, I’ll be honest - I don’t see why you’re so determined to know my old online usernames. It’s just personal information, right? It’s none of your business, but it might be relevant to the staff, who can check if other accounts have similar fingerprints or similar hashed passwords.

And by the way, if I’m responding to all your accusations, it’s not because you’re throwing out a ton of unverified information just to get a refund.
That I would comply with this request for a refund by trying to make me panic or lose potential customers or whatever;
It’s to prove that I’m right and legitimate.

especially regarding ALTs accusations against me (since it's not new that some ragebaiters are saying i'm Xelux or whatever

I’ll say it again:
You can defend yourself however you want, whether or not that’s your alt account, but I know you’re being used as a billboard to sell crappy services (as evidenced by Mint, and the same goes for WorlTelek0m).
Whether or not you actually own these services, you’re promoting them, and that’s the biggest problem. Besides, since you know Cracked's rules back and forth, you should know that reselling/proxy selling is prohibited.

I'm simply saying that it's the same story every time, and so this DD's decision should affect you as well, since you're actively selling Dolphin X.

Getting back to Dolphin, if you're the “main” developer, I have no doubt that the product must be of very, very poor quality.
From what I've seen of the discussion, if the product is as good as the support, then, once again, it must be a disaster.

I've never seen people who are supposed to provide support, and who, instead of helping the customer, talk about their personal lives, how Artem doesn't like France, and how he's sick, and even get into a purely racist discussion about Arabs and Ukrainians... How is it possible to be so unprofessional...

I terminated the VPS with that tool on 24th Sep because I wouldnt use it if it obviously is 50% not working, from the messages on telegram you can see that he knew about these problems when I asked he said he would fix it, but like I got 3 licenses from him, nothing was working properly if you play the conversation video I posted if you look closely when I was sending him the images with errors I think its enough proof. And @Artemr funny giving negative rep for nothing, my account on cracked is almost 10 years old never had to make dispute, I dont want my account banned or anything hence why I tell the truth. Decide what you think is fair if not full refund as I think it tilts to this way.
