I am Faith's partner, the one who paid for this AltPay account. To keep this short and refresh what happened, we bought an AltPay account with a PingME linked which wasn't receiving any SMS at all (It’s a UK Revolut Number), we gave it the benefit of the doubt and assumed the service was down, so we kept trying for a couple days to no avail. We tried getting a number change but the support requests ID & Selfie to have it changed, both of which we do not have access to.
Since PureGold couldn't fix the issue on that account, he offered us a coupon code for use on his shop, after analyzing his store for a while, I could safely say there was nothing of interest for me. The prices were incredibly inflated comparing it to other vendors, and the only item I was interested was AltPay, however this is not the solution we're looking for as we also discovered that AltPay have terminated their contract with Apple Pay & Mastercard so we don't have a viable way of depositing money into the account anymore.
Due to the longevity of this issue, we have bought an alternative service from another seller (https://imgur.com/a/ukJ8l4l). So now that we don't have an account of his, we would rather have the coupon code removed to instead receive a refund to get this chapter closed.
