Additional Information: To start, I had purchased a 100-200 dollar prepaid from the seller's website which worked without any issues. After, I purchased a 50-100 card as I needed to top up something. The card was declined instantly even though I had followed the seller's guide on using the card. It was used instantly, as soon as I received the card info, but nothing had worked. I even tried to go on Amazon where the seller's page said "always green." I had purchased another one as of today to test out again on Amazon, but again, it did not work at all and was declined instantly. I understand that in order for me to get a replacement, I would have to take a video from purchasing to using, but as I trusted the seller from the first purchase, I had not done that as I thought the second time was just a fluke. I think it would be fair if I was able to receive a refund as I had to pay out of pocket plus the 40 to get what I originally wanted. Let me know if there's anymore info that is needed. Thanks
