No. I said he falsified screenshots.

If you can see his only evidence is not a telegram screenshot at all. It's some "export" which is literally editable html file xd...

We spoke on tg, he told me to delete all chats because he anticipated that he wanted to fuck me later, and then he claims I blocked him because my old tg was banned when he could have just contact me on the new one listed on forum

LOL this goes against every single claim u made in sb and in this thread. i contacted him on the telegram that he had listed which wasnt banned or deleted many times and he blocked me on simple x after i didnt get responses for months XD

I've reviewed the thread and, honestly, I don't think there's enough evidence here to say one of you is guilty or innocent.
 
The buyer claims hits/accounts were a required part of the deal, while the seller claims the agreement later changed and that the development work was the primary deliverable. The issue is that neither side can provide conclusive evidence of the final agreed terms.
 
The exported chat logs may support the buyer's position, but their authenticity cannot be considered true at this stage. At the same time, the seller has not provided evidence showing that the hit requirement was removed or that the alleged renegotiation took place.
 
Considering the deal is around 6 months old, the funds were released, key communications were deleted, and the available evidence is disputed by both parties, I don't believe there's enough evidence to determine that a scam occurred. Closed.
