uploaded chat logs and just wanna note u can hear it from himself in the deal we had discussed we agreed upon 7 hits. he has not denied this because he knows he has 0 evidence of him providing me hits. so instead hes trying to bullshit himself out of this any other way. he didnt provide the hits period nothing else. he must provide the hits, refund me or take the ban hammer.

The alleged "chat log" image you uploaded is not of a telegram chat as you've claimed it was, not to mention the terms of the deal changed multiple times throughout its lifespan, with you ultimately agreeing that the tools were sufficient and that you would make an effort to phish the logins yourself, which is why you had Liars release the other half of funds.

I cannot confirm nor deny the validity of this image as this is a 6+ month old deal and the image taken is not that of a real telegram chat. The formatting is obviously off and there are many errors throughout (many aspects of a deal I would not promise, things I would not say, and obscure pattern of typing that I do not utilize on this alias)

nope full funds were released while still u having promised me accounts. then u basically stopped doing shit cuz u got ur money and basically kept stalling over and over and over and then deciding yourself that youd just send me the tools and a "guide" and go jerk off. idk if ur retarded but that image is of tg chat logs fuck u rambling on about wrong formatting its an exported chat cuz u ran off. i sent them to ping personally so u know ur fucked. Yes i can agree that the hits changed but before all money was released you still were very much promissing me hits. i will leave the rest to mods aka refund me give me my hits or enjoy ur ban ur so mad that i made a scam report on a deal you scammed me on and hoped that i didnt have extracted chat logs of confirmation that you would send me hits. 6 Months go by, no scam report until now, not to mention also opened a scam report on @SonicRefs due to a failed refund you never even paid him for???

As the deal progressed you agreed to use the tools provided to do sending and achieve the desired results, which is why you had the funds released. You then got angry that I stopped doing send-outs because you were putting zero effort and expecting me to do it all for you, which was NEVER the agreement. I'm not going to ponder on what the initial deal terms were and I'm not going to confirm any correspondence I allegedly sent over 6 months ago, especially not when your only evidence of this isn't a real screenshot of a telegram chat. Frankly, as I've reiterated multiple times, I don't remember what I said 6 months ago, but I know for absolute certain that I would not enter a deal where I was to spent 100+ hours developing you the tools for a job, do all of the work for you, and take only 1.4-1.5k for it. No mentally sane developer would ever do this.

Your behavior screams "desperate grab". You've opened two scam reports (one on me, one on sonic) on the same day. Neither of them made any sense and were filled with incoherent rambling. You claim I've scammed you 6 months ago in a development deal where my job was to develop you tools (which I did, and even developed tools for you that were not part of the initial deal as an attempt to satisfy and keep you as a client) and you claim sonic is somehow liable for failing your refunds when you never paid him.

It's clear to everyone with an IQ above 40 that this is a desperate grab to disrupt the business of two legitimate providers on the forum out of some sort of spite. You aren't getting any money out of me or sonic, so you may as well find someone else to extort.

Neither of us have done anything wrong. Find something better to do with your time like actually working on your business.

sigh stop yapping and let mods just ban u instead of bantering on about things that arent true. you forced me into a position AFTER the funds were released where u stopped trying to get hits and sent me a fucking tutorial. Before i told the last funds to be released to liars the deal was still very much so that i needed hits i said the only reason why i agreed to let liars release the last bit was becasue u were crying about how much time i wasted by getting the wrong domains and that this was taking u so much time. after the funds were released the deal didnt change u just stopped trying so i was forced to accept whatever bullshit of a "guide" you had with tools that you never achieved results with which was the whole point of the deal stop trying to dodge the fact that u never gave me hits and that was the deal. i sent a screenshot of a part of the extracted telegram chats which i have not changed since i thought it was fitting i had already sent the logs over to ping so he can go see. its easy for u to say oh i dont remember shit if u think i have nothing over you. u say u doing send outs was NEVER the agreement except i dont know how else u expect to get me the hits and prove that ur tools work.. especially when u also mentioned a bunch of times that u were able to work with me after giving me the hits to maintain everything for a set price per month. i made two scam reports cuz im busy and havent been on cracked in a while stop being so mad. @Ping let me know what u think. lets put it simply i need turnitin hits he hits me up he says phishing will be good offers to build everything for me. i think ok might work but need proof of it working we set a deal on an amount of hits he never gives hits and after manipulating me into releasing funds he makes a sloppy guide and sends me tools which i dont know even work i presume they do since im pretty sure he deved it and either tried to get hits and failed or just got lazy and wanted money fast. seeing as this guy clearly is trying to get out of every argument and had low rep since the deal he wont mind taking a ban hammer. but who knows maybe if u agree that he broke the deal u can ask him to refund me or get me my hits... sadly i doubt that.
