Theres nothing wrong with drawing a very important line that youre trying your best to blur. the distinction between solely initiated (very lazily) and fully completed is very important to consider

And i do understand that the initiation part of an order consists of some work, however there is still a lot of work that has to be done after this initiation

When banks request further evidence, the customer has a question, or a dispute hasnt even been fully initiated yet, there is still a good deal of work to be done

The issue is that for these orders which you initiated, you stopped updating those orders, and basically ignored the customers. so the initiation of those orders is not enough at all!

The second you delay an order for more than 3 days (by not replying to the customer and following up) you no longer retain a right over that order (and its payment by extension)

Again, refunding as a whole, including bank chargebacks is a time sensitive operation. delays cannot be tolerated at all regardless of your flawed reasoning

I didnt "cut you off from the system". i gave you the opportunity to work on the many orders i assigned to you, but you decided to delay them

You have no excuse at all to delay those orders. you really displayed your lack of concern for your orders when on numerous occasions i caught you casually chatting in public groups

If you had the time to be active on telegram dont you think $15k worth of orders is more important than doing whatever else you were doing?

I accurately "labeled" everything as abandoned because the second you start delaying your work for no clear, apparent, communicated reason you are completely off the team

I have over 250 active orders at a time and customers can grow very impatient. the second you dont take your work seriously and ignore my customers, i have the right to replace you

You’re contradicting yourself in your own reply.

At first you were acting like these orders basically didn’t exist or couldn’t be verified. Now you’re clearly acknowledging they were real, but trying to avoid payment by saying they were “only initiated” or later “delayed.” That’s a completely different argument.

You also keep moving the goalpost. One moment the work “doesn’t exist,” then it’s “bad,” now it’s “you were too slow.” Which one is it?

You mention that disputes require ongoing work like follow-ups, but you know very well not every dispute requires additional input. A large portion, especially things like Amazon, are initiated and then sit 30–90 days with no further action needed. Acting like every single case required constant updates just isn’t true.

You also admit you continued assigning me new orders. That alone proves the situation wasn’t what you’re now trying to portray. No one keeps giving “$15k worth of orders” to someone they believe is lazy or unreliable.

And realistically, no one is going to keep prioritizing new orders while still not being paid and not being re-added to previous tickets. That’s exactly how the same situation repeats:
You collect → I do the work → account gets banned → I’m not added back → you say there are “no logs” and refuse payment.

This already happened multiple times. Expecting me to keep taking new work under those conditions makes no sense.

You also say I “abandoned” orders, but at the same time admit you didn’t add me back to the groups after my account bans, even though you had full control of the system and the chats. I literally couldn’t access or follow up on those tickets without being re-added. That’s not abandonment, that’s you cutting access.
And again, you’re contradicting yourself:
  • You said the work wasn’t proven
  • Then said it was poor quality
  • Now you’re saying it was delayed
  • While also admitting you kept assigning me more work
Those positions don’t all coexist.

Bottom line:
I did the work. You had full visibility through your own system and groups. You chose not to re-add me after bans, and then labeled the same work as “abandoned” to avoid paying.
That’s the issue here.

Orders that you started but then stopped working on, exist

Orders that were supposedly completed by you, and now i owe you payment for, you have yet to produce evidence for

Most of the orders i assigned you to, were left without the customer being updated, and the order itself needing a follow up. the orders you started almost all required additional documents, follow ups, and a lot of these disputes were being denied, which you needed to appeal

None of this constitutes as completed work. you cant ask payment for any of this, as it was never part of the agreement

Youre trying so hard to catch me in "contradictions" but all of them are false contradictions

Because even if i agreed that i assigned you to orders, and you had initiated some of those orders, it doesnt mean that i agreed youre now owed payment for them

The agreement was only for completed orders!

Youre doing your best to equate started orders to money i now owe you in hopes that cracked.ax admins confuse this with completed work

If you DID complete these supposed orders, then you would have logged them in our DMs because thats the only way completed orders are logged

If you DID complete these orders, you would have copied that log and pasted it here, proving that youve completed said order

But you didnt, because you dont have this list. and to distract from this, you are arguing semantics

Prior to hiring you i was under the false impression that you wouldnt do this, i really thought that you were going to do the work without playing these games

But thats what it was, a false impression. this false impression exaggerated your perceived value as a potential worker, leading me to hire you

Shortly after hiring you it became apparent that you caused a mess. at least 50 orders were getting delayed, leading the customers to openly complain on cracked.ax and refunding groups...

And now you have the gall to open a $15k scam report on me with 0 proof. absolutely ridiculous!

You accused me more than once in this report of using the telegram bans as a shield, but on the contrary, its you thats doing this

When asked to produce any sort of evidence youre quick to say "you locked me out of the system with the bans", which gives you the comfort to openly lie

You could have easily swapped the $15k figure with $100k. this is an intangible figure due to your lack of proof

The only mention of this figure was when i said prior to your hiring, that you have the opportunity to make $15k upon completion of all the orders i will assign you to

Not only did you not complete anything near $15k worth of completed orders, a lot of the orders i added you to were post initiation

My previous worker suddenly left, leaving over 50 uncompleted orders which i added you to

Your role and job for those orders was to follow up, update customers, and provide additional proof to the bank if requested

So not only was there less work than you make it out to be here in this report, but a lot of these orders desperately needed additional proof to remain open, and you selfishly ignored them, dealing a great deal of damage to me

The timeline you provided in your latest response is a blatant lie. why would i replace you on orders if you werent delaying them?

You claim that i replaced you, and only then did you decide to delay all those orders. but this isnt the case! youre lying!

I only started replacing you once your incompetency, inconsistency, and delay became apparent. only then did i start replacing you on your orders

We had a pretty clear agreement, and you suddenly abandoning your orders for no clear, apparent reason isnt part of anything i agreed to

I was actually very patient with your bullshit for a long time, and kept you on a lot of orders. but after you insisted on playing games, and not working on the assigned orders, i removed you from all your assigned orders (none being completed)

If you claim that there is $15k worth of completed orders that i removed you from, then why werent they logged as completed by you?

Because this clearly isnt the case, the timeline and series of events you keep on providing is fake...

How would it be possible for me to replace you on completed orders? the replacement worker would have nothing to do in this order group where the dispute has already been won by you

If you had actually won all these cases then you would have immediately logged them as completed in our DMs. but you didnt, because this didnt happen

If you had actually won all these cases then you would have immediately logged them as completed in our DMs. but you didnt, because this didnt happen
You keep pretending this is simple when your own version keeps changing.

First, you were acting like these orders basically couldn’t be verified. Now you admit they existed, admit I was assigned to them, and admit I worked on them, but now your excuse is that you’ve unilaterally redefined everything as “not completed.” That is the goalpost shift.
You keep repeating “only completed orders get paid,” but you’re ignoring the actual issue: you controlled the tickets, the groups, and the system, and after my Telegram ban you did not re-add me to old orders. Then later you used the lack of access that you caused as your excuse for why they supposedly were not completed or not logged. That is the entire point.

You also contradict yourself when you say I was so incompetent and causing such a mess, yet you continued assigning me more orders. No one keeps feeding large volumes of work to someone they truly believe is useless. That alone shows your current story is exaggerated and rewritten after the fact.
And your “everything needed more work” argument is dishonest. Not every dispute requires endless follow-ups, endless customer updates, or endless extra documents. You know that. Many disputes are initiated, submitted, and then sit for weeks waiting on a response. Especially with certain merchants, there is often nothing to do but wait unless the bank requests more. So acting like every order was some massive ongoing labor project is false.
You also admit many of the orders you assigned me were already post-initiation from your previous worker. That hurts your argument, not mine. Because now you are admitting:
  1. I was brought into active real orders
  2. I was expected to work ongoing cases
  3. The order state depended on access to the chats and system you controlled
So when my account got banned and you did not re-add me properly, that directly affected my ability to continue those cases. You cannot block access, refuse to restore proper visibility, then later call the result “abandonment” and use that to avoid payment.
You keep saying “if they were completed, they would be logged in DMs,” but that assumes I always had the chance to log them normally under stable conditions. The entire dispute here is that the workflow was disrupted by bans and by your refusal to re-add me to old tickets properly. You are using your own broken process as if it proves your innocence.
You also keep hiding behind semantics:
  • one day it was “no proof”
  • then it became “they were only initiated”
  • then “they needed more follow-up”
  • then “they were denied”
  • then “they were abandoned”
  • then “they were reassigned”
  • then suddenly I was only added post-initiation anyway
Those are not “false contradictions.” That is you cycling through multiple defenses because no single one is strong enough on its own.
And your point about replacement makes no sense either. Orders do not need to be fully won for work to have been done on them. The fact that someone else later touched an order does not erase the labor already done before that. Your whole argument depends on pretending that unless I carried every case from first touch to final bank resolution with uninterrupted access, then none of my work counts. That is absurd.
The real sequence is simple:
  • I was assigned real orders
  • I worked them
  • my Telegram got banned
  • you did not properly restore access to old tickets/groups
  • you kept assigning new work while unresolved old work/payment issues already existed
  • then later you labeled things “abandoned” and “not completed” to avoid paying
That is why your story keeps changing. Because the facts are fixed, but your excuse is not.
You can call the $15k figure exaggerated if you want, but that does not change the core issue: work was done, access was cut, and you are now using a definition of “completion” that benefits only you after the fact. That is the problem staff should look at.

@Liars @Alex this case is very simple, I worked, my account got banned, he refused to add me back those tickets and to this day I haven't been paid.

I clarified this several times in my posts:

The supposed completed orders of his, there are no record of. while there can be an excuse made that "this lack of proof was caused by the bans", if he truthfully did complete X amount of orders, he would have logged them as completed and immediately asked me to pay him for them

The timing of the bans doesnt prevent him from logging any of his completed orders, the type of timing that would stop him from notifying me of these supposedly completed orders is highly unlikely to have occurred

Its not like he completed $15k worth of orders right before he got banned. this timing is completely unrealistic

What i also clarified several times in my defense is that prior to the bans, you were delaying your orders. and even after the bans (to any order i readded you to), you continued delaying your orders

This lead me to replace you on most your assigned orders, after that, on ALL your assigned orders without exception (none being completed) due to your complete abandonment of your assigned orders

You claim several times that i "continued to assign you orders", but which is it? did i "control the system" by kicking you out of all your assigned orders or did i keep assigning you new orders?

Every single post you make apparently "calls out a contradiction" but you literally just made one yourself...

The second you delay a large amount of the orders assigned to you, you basically just denied yourself of any further opportunity of redemption. as i emphasized previously in my defense, the amount of damage you caused to my advertised timeframes, and quality of order handling was too much

This gave me good reason and the full right to replace you on as many orders as i want (as long as theyre not completed). only them being completed would constitute as a scam, however again, this isnt the case

When your account got banned, any order which you have yet to complete, i also retain and have the full right on whether or not i add you back

The reason for this is again, due to your inconsistency and lack of updates across all your orders

I wasnt going to risk delaying any of my orders further, especially after the fact that they were already being delayed!

Also another inconsistency and contradiction in your argument:

"You keep saying “if they were completed, they would be logged in DMs,” but that assumes I always had the chance to log them normally under stable conditions. The entire dispute here is that the workflow was disrupted by bans and by your refusal to re-add me to old tickets properly. You are using your own broken process as if it proves your innocence."

Here you imply that it was my responsibility to add you back to completed orders, but you are aware that completed orders are instantly logged by the worker (your responsibility), and followed by that, typically everyone leaves said order group. you and I, as well as the customer would leave this group and it would be more than apparent that this order has been completed

I have been accused of using these bans to exonerate me from paying you, but here you are, doing the same thing!

There is no proof that you completed any of these orders! and the figure you came up with proves you are 100% lying!

It is insanely unlikely and outright statistically impossible for you to have completed ANYWHERE NEAR $15k worth of orders and coincidently both of us got banned RIGHT AFTER! the timing seems way too convenient for you, and you claiming all of this without any proof shows me that you took advantage of the bans in question, and attempted to come up with fake figures (the supposed $15k amount owed)

There is nothing to defend really here, because again, this person has yet to produce a single screenshot proving hes completed a single order, yet here he is asking for a $15K PAYOUT!

@Alex & @Liars despite this person not submitting any proof of completed work, i have done my best to explain the timeline of events in a concise and detailed manner

I would also like you to consider what ive said earlier about him waiting almost a year to open this report. this crucial piece of context shouldnt be buried by the OP's spam posting, as it provides eye-opening insight on the nature of his report

This person hasnt tried resolving this issue with cracked.ax for months (almost a year), and just now decided to go all out in a report against me. the direct source of this confidence is his awareness of the other scam report i have against me, which he is attempting to capitalize on by opening this scam report at the same exact time

(For that scam report i have proven that the OP is a scammer and an extortioner himself, read here: https://cracked.st/Thread-SCAMMED-BY-SonicRefs?page=5)

You keep relying on one assumption: “if it was completed, it would be logged.”
That only works if the workflow was normal and uninterrupted, which it wasn’t.

You’re ignoring the core issue again. You controlled the groups, the tickets, and access. After my Telegram ban, I did not have consistent access to all the orders I was working on. So your entire argument that “it would have been logged” depends on a system you controlled and disrupted.

You’re also acting like logging is the only proof of work, which is false. Work doesn’t magically disappear just because it wasn’t logged in your preferred format. Your whole defense is built on your own system rules, not on what actually happened.

You also keep saying I was “delaying everything,” yet at the same time:
  • you admit I was assigned real orders
  • you admit I worked on them
  • you admit many were already active and required handling
If I was truly as incompetent and damaging as you claim, you wouldn’t have kept me on those orders at all. The fact you did completely contradicts your narrative.
And your “which is it?” point is weak. Both can be true:
  • you removed me from certain orders
  • while still assigning or keeping me on others
That’s not a contradiction, that’s exactly what happened during the transition period when things were already messy.

You also keep repeating that everything required constant follow-ups and extra work. That’s simply not true. Many disputes do not require continuous action unless the bank requests it. You’re exaggerating the workload after initiation to justify not paying for the work already done.

Your argument about timing is also flawed. You’re trying to reduce everything to:
“If $15k was completed, it would all be logged cleanly before any disruption.”

That’s not how this works. Orders are spread out, handled over time, and exist in different stages. The bans and lack of proper re-adding disrupted that process. You’re treating it like everything had to be finalized and logged in one perfect moment, which is unrealistic.
You also say I “waited almost a year,” but you leave out why:
  • communication was inconsistent
  • access to orders was already broken
  • you never properly resolved payment for the work that was already done
Delay in opening a report doesn’t invalidate the work, it just shows the issue was never properly handled.

At the end of the day, your entire defense comes down to:
“If it’s not logged in my system the way I want, it doesn’t exist.”

But you were the one controlling that system, the access, and the groups. You can’t disrupt access and then use missing logs as your main defense.

That’s the contradiction here.

Logging an order takes 2 seconds and you know this for a fact. for anyone unaware or curious on how an order is logged, its as easy as this:

"<customer telegram handle>
<order group title>"

^ Thats literally it. takes 2 seconds and isnt something that can be "interrupted" like hes claiming

Again, for the millionth time, i never agreed to pay you for anything less than a fully refunded order. this is enough to exempt me from paying you even $1

It doesnt matter if you did start a handful of orders, because i do not owe you payment for partially worked-on orders which you later abandoned

The sole and main reason for this is because YOU, on YOUR own accord, without anyone forcing your hand, decided to stop updating your orders

Just to paint a vivid picture so the mods reading this response understand where im coming from: delayed orders make me look terrible! and also sends my way an impossible-to-manage amount of backlash

How this played out in vivid detail:

- At least 2 scam reports open against me on cracked.ax at the time due to customers not receiving updates on their paid orders

(@Liars was witness to at least one of these, and if my memory serves me correct, it was a ralph lauren order)

- Constant complaints and criticism directed at me in public refunding telegram chats

- Being spammed in DMs by customer complaints

Its really hard to put into words... but the amount of damage the delays committed by OP caused me is too much to handle! and frankly unfair!

I genuinely think that i gave him too much time, and was too patient with him at the time. the decision to replace him should have been made earlier, thats for sure

This person is extremely selfish and is willing to cause a significant reputation hit for me due to his incompetency, inconsistency, and laziness

And yet, he has the gall to open this scam report on me, which is absolutely ridiculous!

Im reading OP's responses and he just blurts out random bullet-structured blocks of text that make no sense. for example:

"You also keep saying I was “delaying everything,” yet at the same time:

you admit I was assigned real orders
you admit I worked on them
you admit many were already active and required handling"

How does this disprove anything i said? if he was assigned orders, at the same time it can also be true, and in fact IS true, that he DID delay them

This is again, just him prefacing a few lines of text with complete nonsense, and after that, nothing being intelligible at all

if i admitted that i assigned him orders, and at the same time claimed that he delayed said orders, how is that in any way shape or form a contradiction? OP is just saying stuff at this point

He also wrote:
"If I was truly as incompetent and damaging as you claim, you wouldn’t have kept me on those orders at all. The fact you did completely contradicts your narrative.
And your “which is it?” point is weak. Both can be true:

you removed me from certain orders

Again, there is no contradiction at all. the series of events has already been clarified by me several times. OP delayed orders - > i subsequently replaced him

Hes really trying his best to add as much blur as possible, because thats what his defense essentially falls back on... vagueness, unclearness, and impreciseness

Both can be true:

you removed me from certain orders
while still assigning or keeping me on others"

Again, there is no contradiction at all. the series of events has already been clarified by me several times. OP delayed orders - > i subsequently replaced him

You keep reducing everything to “logging takes 2 seconds,” but that only applies after an order is fully finished under normal conditions, which wasn’t the case here.

You controlled the tickets, groups, and access. After my Telegram ban, I didn’t have consistent access, and you chose not to re-add me properly. Then you used that to label everything as “not completed.”

You also say I was so incompetent and damaging, yet you kept assigning or keeping me on orders. That doesn’t match your current narrative.

And your entire defense is basically:
“If it’s not logged the way I want, it doesn’t exist.”

But you controlled the system and the access, so you can’t use missing logs as your main proof.
