Additional Information:
I paid the user to make me a KYC verified DHL.DE account, at first the app didn't ask for KYC so he sent me the account unverified. I sent him the link where KYC will be triggered so he can verify it, and he has been ignoring me since. I messaged him from a different account to see if he responds, he responded and after I told him who I am he blocked me lol. He told me it will be ready on march 30 and still isnt

Crypto address for a refund: will send in pm but would rather him verify the account
