basically, there's people spamming "Ty" / "tyyyy" / "tks" / etc etc etc....... and I've found a solution to decrease the leechers,

so imagine I post "Ty" on a random thread, I will get a 30 min (could be 1 hour or more) cooldown to be able to post "Ty" again. Smart

As i know, thats alredy implement by the bot @Leechometer but it was turned off
