look up how to do hardreset on your phone model if u havce acses it will ask alter for google info
if u do NOT have that and u obtatin a phone in whatever way use samfw tool and downgrade to androidn 15 with odin and his program is 30$ to unlock single phone also he is ontelegram active 24 7 he can guide u
