Duh, if you buy a non-admin package it will be shared resources yes.
Admin plans have full resource and permissions.

Purchased the rdp while staff was offline, they gave me an eta and explained why it would take so long. Have had no issues whatsoever, staff is very helpful when it comes to setting up the rdp. 10/10 so far, a big vouch from me.
