Additional Information: I contacted @HackingRealm regarding an advertising promotion for my website. We agreed on a $30 USD payment for the advertising service. I sent him the 30USD as LTC. However, after recieving the funds he started to delaying the process, and repedeatly postponed. I have been waiting and waiting and this is it I am sick of waiting. I can provide the chat history to the staff.
