I would like to respectfully request a review of this decision. My concern is not that I simply disagree with the outcome, but that I believe the agreed product was never actually delivered.
From the beginning, I made it clear that I needed a Telnyx account that could successfully obtain and use German numbers. After more than two months, multiple delays, incomplete deliveries, and several verification attempts, this was still never achieved.
I understand that the seller spent time and money trying to complete the order. However, I do not believe a buyer should have to pay for an unfinished product simply because the seller made an effort. If someone offers a KYC service, the agreed result should be delivered.
For this reason, I kindly ask the staff to reconsider the outcome. I believe the fair solutions are either:
- a full refund to me (minus the MM fee, as Barry also invested his time), or
- the seller should be required to complete the account as originally agreed without dragging the process out for another several weeks.
I would also appreciate if my DWC tag could finally be removed. It has remained on my profile for around two months despite the dispute being closed, which has negatively affected my business on the forum.
