Additional Information: @Alex closed last report where i asked for a refund and made me accept the replacement (the original account wasn't verified) for something that was paid 21 days before + i had already bought the account from someone else + the seller and his support were ignoring me and only replied when a deal dispute was opened, after @Alex decided to maintain the same position (make me accept the replacement) i went to login to the account and can't because it ask for the sms code (2FA) which is for a number that only the seller have access, so i need to open a new scam report since the support never reply to me, the same way it didn't send me an account during 21 days + was ignoring me since the day they promised a replacement (June 17th) until the day i opened the report (June 27th) they only spoke when i opened the report, and ignore other messages i send, so obviously i have no other choice but to force the seller via a dispute to tell the support to reply so i can finally get the account i paid for. I ask to leave this report open until i login on the account and confirm it works, in order to solve the issue. I keep the account and he keeps the money, even though i should've gotten a refund. @Refunding tell your support to reply so i can access the account i paid you almost 1 month ago. You were quick to send @Alex proof you sent me the account but all you did was send wrong login information (i told support and they sent the correct password) + enable 2FA to a phone number i don't have access so i can't login. @Alex you closed the scam report on the context that he gave me the account but i can't get passed the login screen. Once again i have to remember i paid this guy 300$ on 6th of June.

This is now the third DD he makes over the same exact thing. he's simply being childish.I will keep offering him support via telegram there's no reason for this to stay open.

No, @Alex leave the dispute open until i finally receive the account, i need the phone number access to be able to login onto the account, you always beg staff to close the report but never care that you literally took my money almost 1 month ago and until now the only thing received was a headache. Just give me access to the account so we can finally close this situation. Tired of your horrible service, never would've guessed the trouble you would be.

@Alex remember, last dispute you closed after he sent you a screenshot of a wrong login + 2FA making it impossible for me to login, don't make that mistake again. Leave this open until he gives me access to the account, because he wants to keep running from the issue and don't solve it. He wants so bad to have the disputes closed but never solve the issue.

And it's not the third DD on the same issue, with you everyday is a new issue, either i pay you and get ignored or you send an account that is not verified or you send a wrong login and finally an account with 2FA to a phone number of who knows who. Oh no who would've guessed i would have to report your ass after 1 month without anything...

Neither do you, so stop acting like you run it. 1 month without access to what i paid for and you still act like you so special that disputes agaisn't you are ilegall, you put a bullshit TOS in your horrible service saying users can't open a dispute, you literally ghosted me for 21 days after getting paid and still complained when i opened a report, you clearly think you better than anyone else in the forum. Give me access to the account so the issue is solved and stop being retarded, thank you very much.

Keep in mind @Alex told you to replace within 24h, and you promised a replacement on June 17th, until now no working account was given.

Update: User has refunded so the issue is solved, @Alex please close the report.

@Alex I decided to refund OP instead. One of my worker has been wasting both OP and my time and I didn't feel it was fair to have him keep waiting on an account that he paid so long ago.
