I am seeking a full refund because the product delivered is functionally inferior to the official Google AI Ultra experience advertised. While the seller correctly identified the account as a Workspace account, they failed to disclose that essential Google services were disabled, rendering the account useless for standard AI workflows.
2. Key Points of Misrepresentation
- Disabled Core Services (Gmail and Antigravity): The seller advertised this as a Google AI Ultra account. In a standard Ultra environment, Gmail and AI integrations like Antigravity are fundamental features. Only AFTER the purchase did the seller disclose: "Since there is no upgrade, there is no Gmail." Selling a Google Account where the primary communication tool (Gmail) is disabled without prior warning is a material omission.
- Deceptive Credits Description: The sales thread promises 25,000 credits per month. It does not specify Flow Credits. In the current market, AI credits imply usage for general model tokens or features. The seller delivered credits restricted specifically to Google Labs Flow, which was only revealed after I complained that they did not work for my project.
- False Claim of Complete Control: The thread states the buyer has Complete Control. While I can change the password and set up 2FA, I have zero administrative control over the account permissions. Because this is a managed Workspace seat, the seller (as Admin) has disabled the very apps and integrations I required. Complete Control is a misleading claim when the user is locked out of account settings and core services.
3. Evidence of Breach
During pre-sale, I asked: "Is it an account with ultra subscription?" The seller confirmed: "Account with ultra subscription bro." At no point did the seller disclose that this was a restricted clone (seller's own words) with Gmail and Antigravity functionality removed. The seller defense is that everyone sells it this way, but a lack of industry transparency does not excuse a misleading listing on this forum.
4. Desired Resolution
I am requesting a full refund. The product is not fit for the purpose of a Google AI Ultra account as a reasonable consumer would expect. I am prepared to return the account access to the seller immediately upon the processing of the refund.

He asked me for credentials and to disable the 2FA.
After that, the logged in and changed the credentials.
Still being rude and instead of trying to solve this issue, he is trying to convince me that it's my fault.

In point 11, the seller claims: "No one, including the Workspace admin, can view the private product or its communications." Yet in points 13, 14, and 15, the seller openly admits to reading my private AI conversations and posting screenshots of them publicly (I was just trying to find a fix).
To clarify the sequence of events: the seller asked me for the password to check the account, and I provided it in good faith so they could verify the technical issue. However, instead of simply checking the account status, they read my private chats, posted my personal data publicly, and then changed the password to lock me out. Taking advantage of my cooperation to invade my privacy and lock me out completely destroys the claim that this is a Private Account with Complete Control.
2. Proof of Restricted Features: The Inability to Delete Chats
In point 15, the seller insults me, claiming I am "amateurish" and did not know how to delete a chat from the left sidebar. This actually proves my exact point that the account is heavily restricted. I have a screenshot proving that on this specific Workspace account, there is no option to delete a chat—only "rename" and "pin" are available. The seller argues that because they wrote "Workspace," I should have automatically known Gmail and Antigravity were disabled. When a seller advertises a premium product like Google AI Ultra with 25,000 credits, the buyer expects the features associated with that brand. It is the seller's responsibility to clearly state in their listing that core Google features (like Gmail) are completely disabled by the admin.
4. The Antigravity and Credits Admission
In point 10, the seller explicitly admits that "Workspace accounts do not have access to this area [Antigravity]." This is exactly my complaint. I bought a Google AI Ultra account specifically expecting standard AI integration. The seller knew these features were completely unavailable on their specific Workspace seats but intentionally failed to disclose this limitation prior to the sale.
Conclusion
The seller's own defense proves my case. They admitted to selling an account where standard Ultra features (and even basic features like deleting a chat) are disabled. Furthermore, they used my cooperation to invade my privacy, expose my private data, and lock me out of the account. I request a full refund based on misrepresentation and this severe breach of trust.

The seller is using the password exchange as a smokescreen to distract from the actual issue: the product was falsely advertised.
1. The Password Distraction
The seller is hyper-focusing on the fact that I had to give them the password to log in. Yes, I handed over the password because the seller requested it, and I am trying to return a defective product.
However, having the login password does NOT equal "Complete Control." Complete control means having access to the promised features. I cannot enable Gmail. I cannot enable Antigravity. I cannot even delete a chat (as my screenshot proved). The seller, as the Workspace Admin, controls all of this. Handing the password back and forth does not magically enable the missing features.
2. Ignoring the Core Issue
Notice how the seller completely ignores the actual reason for this dispute in their latest reply.
- They already admitted the account does not have Gmail.
- They already admitted it does not support Antigravity.
- They already admitted the credits are only for Flow.
None of these massive limitations were mentioned in the original sales thread. Accusing me of "defamation" for simply pointing out the missing features that the seller themselves admitted to in our chat is absurd.
3. I Do Not Want the Account Back
The seller states they gave me the password back so I can "continue using it." I have made it clear from day one: I cannot use this account because it lacks the basic features required for my project. Returning the login details to me does not resolve the dispute.
To summarize this entire situation, I will only say this:
Selling a restricted Workspace seat under the 'Google Ultra' name is like selling a red car with a cheap yellow paint job and claiming it’s a factory original. It might look right on the surface, but underneath, it is not what was advertised.
