Additional Information: I entered into an agreement with [unfolded] to act as a PayPal holder for my store transactions. We agreed on a commission split of [78 / 18 %]. Once the balance reached $250, I requested a payout.
The user has been online consistently for the past 24 hours but is deliberately ignoring my messages and has failed to initiate the withdrawal or send my portion of the funds.
