After reviewing the additional screenshots from both sides, the refund decision still stands.
The screenshots show that @Nezio did agree to proceed after being told about the 6.5X option, so this is not purely a case of the buyer never agreeing to the alternative product. However, that does not solve the main issue here.
 
@Clixou repeatedly gave delivery deadlines such as “within minutes” and later “within 1-2h”, but those deadlines were not met. @Nezio waited and asked for updates multiple times, and the service was still not clearly delivered in a usable way. The buyer then purchased the subscription elsewhere after the delay.
 
On top of that, @Clixou’s proof is still not enough to confirm proper delivery. A screenshot showing an account/subscription status does not prove that @Nezio received, accepted, or used the invite. There is also an email mismatch concern, since the buyer provided imthatbugllc@gmail.com, while one of the seller’s screenshots shows tyrese@yeema.com
If that is meant to be proof of delivery, it does not clearly match the buyer’s provided email.The seller being a reseller and already paying his provider is not the buyer’s responsibility. If the seller cannot prove that the product was delivered properly, within the agreed timeframe, and used by the buyer, he cannot force a replacement or email change after the buyer already refused the product.
