As you can see by the recent posts this refunder isn’t in their right mind as of now. I was threatened on telegram by someone over their team because I decided to opt out of a refund after a general misunderstanding with another on of their team. The guy is rude btw, and threatened to “ruin” my order when I decided to not refund (I didn’t even confirm for them to start it nor did I pay them). Won’t be surpised if they dox my order info for this. I have screenshots of the chat for anyone who wants to see.

Don’t deal with this guy, there are way better refunders out there that know how to communicate properly.

15 days later, and over 1+month and no progress or replies. Advertised as instant, promised its going to be done "any day" 4-5 times during a month period. When asked again was offered a refund of my payment, and after that complete silence. 

Requesting 438.5 eur refund or the order completed as promised X amount of times. 

With that said, Im sure they are succesful with other stores, which I why I trusted this would be done smoothly.

hello sir, once again sorry for the bad experience, please message shaggy to get everything sorted out. delay was unfortunately not caused by us in this case but due to change of internal systems that we couldn't affect. This is a complete non sense, we have offered you an option of an immediate refund for $100 in advance or just normal procedure, you have agreed on the one for $100 in advance then ghosted us completely. We kept messaging you and never got a response, then you said you'll just not refund anything. We said "ok then you do not mind if we double-check that with the store" and you got mad about it as if it was a threat? :) - bad customers do not get good treatment, keep that in mind. Everything started off perfectly well and you ruined the business yourself. Nobody has ever mentioned doxxing or anything similar. We have screenshots too, so do not worry everyone is able to see those.

Confirming they refunded the dollar amount back, since crypto is down since I paid. 

While it sucks the refund didnt work out, they are at least honest, and obviously have success in other stores

Anyone know if these two are still active? I've had 3 failed refunds with them so far. For the last one, they said they’d try to get me a return label, but unfortunately, I'm not getting any replies.
