@ussopbbc must provide the order ID and proof that the current accounts do not have the subscription access that was sold. If the only issue is missing credits, and credits were not advertised or guaranteed, that will not be accepted as a reason for refund.
 
Both sides should keep the discussion respectful from here. Insults and threats do not help the report and will not affect the outcome.

Thank you for your response. If you go to CapCut’s website, a CapCut subscription for a Pro account includes 1200 credits a month. THAT IS AUTOMATICALLY INCLUDED as part of the Plan. It should not need to be specified because if CapCut Pro includes 1200 credits a month, why should I have to ask for it? It makes no sense?

the credits issue was only brought up later and credits were never advertised or guaranteed in my listing i really still have no idea how u came up with this

also u didnt even know how much the credits was monthly till i told u it were 1200 for pros & u bought mixed standard & pro and got two standards 

@Alex just to clarify i already provided multiple replacements to him before this report was opened and made sure the accounts had active subscriptions access at the time of delivery, respectfully he is just fishing, the order was made a month and few weeks ago

it literally says that standard has no credits and im selling both subscriptions mixed so it has sense & again i'm selling subscriptions based not any adds-on u bought them through the shop why would be so sure.

I did not pay for a standard account.

The account I paid for was a paid account.

Okay for example go to any ai video generator site.

They tell you how many credits they will give you.

If you buy an account and they give you no credits then effectively you are paying for nothing because you cannot generate anything if there is NOTHING.

i would never offer you something like that. you already bought the accounts through an autobuy shop, agreeing to the TOS.

also i never wanted to be friendly, i just wanted to compromise and end this whole thing by offering you an account with exactly 1200 credits, which is the amount that comes with a pro subscription, but you refused and demanded 2 accounts with 12k credits https://imgur.com/a/5PxTlks

it was never about money, it's about principle, also what you said represents you because im here just doing my job, while you're making it harder by asking for very specific things that i never agreed to provide, knowing the accounts are cracked and sold for that cheap.
