The 12.99 transaction would have costed me 2.99 in fees so 12.99 + 2.99

Why would I have to cover the fees when you can't fucking deliver your products and when you can't fucking do a proper paypal refund?

I reduced the 2.99 from the 12.99 you over paid

But yes you're right, CAD is not USD and theres still a couple cent missing, you're really goong to cry about it ?
