@Alex as you can see from the screenshot I provided it clearly says that the token he provided is unsafe and without any security which is pretty unusual, this made me think something is really suspicious with that payment. 2 weeks earlier I got scammed for 500$ by receiving the same token, when I tried to exchange those money I was instantly rejected so thats why I acted in this way. Please reconsider your decision, I will immediately provide the cloud access to the user and I think TOS shouldn't be overriden because it was just a missunderstading and not a real "scam".

I didn't even buy him cloud access; I bought him a private Hotmail.fr account with no spam or mailbox access.
I don't think this scammer is capable of giving that kind of service. I demand a refund or that this user be banned. He has undoubtedly scammed other people on this forum who haven't come forward.

The buyer's claim simply does not match what was actually being sold.
First of all, who sells a single "private hotmail.fr account" for $60? None of my listings, threads, forum posts, messages, or advertisements mention selling individual Hotmail accounts. Everything I offer is related to Combo Cloud subscriptions and special access packages.
The buyer's own evidence shows this. In the videos he submitted, he talks about purchasing one-week Combo Cloud access. At no point at the beginning of this transaction did he say he was buying a "private hotmail.fr account." That claim only appeared later during the dispute.
The screenshot he provided (https://ibb.co/yFt8sX1f) also points to the same thing. He specifically mentions "100% leak AND no private cloud." If the purchase was really just a Hotmail account, why would he be talking about private cloud access in the first place? His own words show that the issue was related to the private cloud service, not a single email account.
My forum signature also clearly states the pricing for the one-week special request access. That price matches what was being discussed and sold. There is nothing anywhere showing that I sell individual Hotmail accounts for $60 because that was never the product being offered.
Another important point is that the buyer never raised this "private hotmail.fr account" claim when the transaction started. Instead, he spent most of the conversation insulting me and dragging the dispute out. He continued replying after long delays and only later changed the description of what he supposedly purchased.
The evidence, including his own messages and videos, shows that this transaction was about Combo Cloud access, exactly as advertised. The claim that he purchased a single "$60 private hotmail.fr account" is not supported by any listing, message, advertisement, or proof presented in this case.

I understand there was a misunderstanding regarding the fake coin issue, and I sincerely apologize for the confusion that it may have caused.
I want to resolve this matter immediately. I am willing to provide the user with the access that was requested without further delay so that this dispute can be solved asap.

This is video proof that you did indeed say yes to a private Hotmail.fr account and that I sent you the funds, so refund me or we don't want your crappy cloud service. https://streamable.com/y5p552

Bro, it clearly states that the service provided is based on time-length plans. So how exactly were you expecting to receive only one "private hotmail.fr account, no spam, no etc" for $60?

I also provided all the information for the Special Request Plan, and I mentioned multiple times that I would be providing lines for one week. The price was clearly stated as $60/week, not $60 for a lifetime account or a one-time delivery.

So, according to your version, you expected to receive one hotmail.fr account for $60, despite me repeatedly explaining that the service was $60/week and tied to a weekly plan? That doesn't match anything that was discussed.
Who are you trying to lie to here, me or the staff members?

No, as we can see from the conversation, you didn't send anything. Regardless, the admins will see it and ban you, you little scammer.

I will provide the service you purchased exactly as agreed from the very beginning.

That being said, a big part of this situation was caused by the fact that you kept responding after 24+ hours between messages. From my perspective, it looks like you were trying to take advantage of the delays and the time that had already been spent, only to later turn around and say, "I don't need your service anymore."
The terms of the service were explained clearly from the start, including what was being provided and for how long. At no point was this advertised as a single hotmail.fr account for a one-time payment. You can not say that the TOS was not provided from the start because we can all see that you were already a member of both of my channels ( TOS and main )

I'm still willing to fulfill the service as originally agreed, but it's unfair to rewrite what was discussed and then accuse me of something that doesn't match the actual agreement.

Man, I totally understand that you're mad about this whole situation, but I don't understand why you keep lying about the service I was supposed to provide.

It clearly states that you purchased a full one-week combo cloud service, not just one hotmail.fr account like you keep claiming. The details of the service were explained from the beginning, and the pricing was based on a weekly plan.

On top of that, you've been calling me all kinds of shitty names for no reason, even though I've remained respectful and polite throughout our conversations.
It honestly makes no sense for me to scam someone over $60, especially after you literally told me, "I will report you to cracked.ax forum." If my intention was to scam you, why would I continue communicating and trying to resolve the issue?

This is clearly a misunderstanding on my part regarding the delivery, and I'm willing to take responsibility for that. I will provide the service you purchased as agreed.
