$30 scam Glowlex

@Glowlex the core issue here isn’t about swiss/ch domains, it’s about what was advertised versus what was actually delivered.
Your own description clearly states “USA / Europe / MIX / MAILACCESS”. From the buyer’s side, that reasonably creates the expectation that the cloud contains a balanced or at least meaningful presence of those categories, not a cloud that is almost entirely USA.
 
@kleinanzeige purchased based on that description, and within seconds raised the issue after seeing the actual content. That timing matters, this wasn’t a case of someone using the product and then asking for a refund later.
 
Saying “you should have asked first” doesn’t hold here. If specific regions or types are listed in the sales description, the responsibility is on the seller to ensure that listing is accurate and not misleading. Otherwise, it creates a false expectation for buyers.
 
Also, offering “Europe/Mix later via PM” after the complaint doesn’t fix the initial problem. The product itself should match what was advertised at the time of purchase, not require additional requests or manual intervention.
 
On the other hand, there is no solid indication that the buyer actually used or benefited from the cloud beyond briefly checking it, which further supports that this was an immediate mismatch rather than abuse.

You must refund @kleinanzeige the $30. You have 24 hours to do so.

@Alex i always restock type of countries what my clients wants 
have always restocked USA beacuse thats almosst 99% customers wants
