I have reviewed the case and the logs. A $600 refund has already been processed by @TheOlympus. While I understand @gusservices frustration regarding the final state of the website, the developers spent nearly a month working on the project, providing updates, and attempting integrations.
In custom development, a 100% refund is rarely granted when significant labor has been documented. The $400 retained by the developers serves as a fee to cover the time, meetings, and technical efforts provided during March. This is a fair middle ground to account for both the client’s lack of a finished product and the developers' spent time.
This decision is final. The $600 refund is considered the settlement for this dispute.
