Based on the evidence provided so far, this case is inconclusive.
The evidence submitted by @BullMaster shows that:

• No phone number was added to the account.
  
• The account was accessible and login was possible at the time shown.
  

However, this does not conclusively prove fault on either side, as @BullMaster could have added the phone number after the video, or @InvisibleEX could have added the phone number and is trying to get the account for free.
 
There is not enough clear proof to confirm a scam.
Case closed as inconclusive.
