I agree aswell, hq threads are buried under endless spam, most people are leeching, leaks are just reposted shit & porn and sellers became unreliable. 

Some more ideas:
- on site escrow system
- hardlimit threads and posts in leak section
- leech detection (people without vouches,chats, rank and threads who have like 200 posts in certain section get their accounts suspended)


and ofc like you said harsh limits for newly regged users, most leecher will just create new accounts once they are caught
